About the controversy,the duty of the censor as per my knowledge is to take care of the cinema and its effect on the public and individuals.Everyone likes cinema to simulate reality and truth in some sense to educate and bring more consiousness among masses to bring them to a higher realization within themselves . Simulation of reality is never a mis-happening unless it stimulates non-human characterstics like violence. In this case,usage of the speech of the government candidates is legible if the individuals have no problem with it.
