Star Night was held at Gachibowli Stadium, Hyderabad on November 7th. It has seen almost all of the telugu industry getting together in an effort to raise funds for the flood affected people. As we know the ticket prices were in three classes, 1 Lakh, 10,000, 1000 Rupees. Star Night event has collected a massive amount of 5.28 Crores. This was given to CM Rosaiah.  Thats a huge amount and who ever came up with this idea should be commended and is a very good geture by the whole telugu cinema for supporting it. 

As we know that the Star Night event is being held by MAA in assosiation with TV9 on November 7th at Gachibowli stadium. Stars are practicing hard to make the event successful. TV9 has revealed the ticket prices and their details. They have 3 classifications with 1 Lakh, 10,000 and 1000 Rupees. And each of these will have different seats.
1 Lakh - 700 to 900 Seats
10,000 - 1200 Seats
1000 - 2200 Seats

All the money collected from this event will be donated to the people affected in the recent floods. TV9 has taken a software companies help to make sure that these tickets can not be copied. Tight operations are being made so that anyone without a ticket can not enter the event. Each tickets have its seperate entry. Balakrishna and other stars are making sure that the event goes smootly.

Jr NTR, Nayanatara's latest movie in the direction of VV Vinayak has got an official title. The title was confirmed as Adurs. There was news that the title may change to  LavKus, Vaade Veddu and recently Na Putrudu. But the makers have decided that there is no better title that Adurs and decided to go with it. 

NTR is doing a dual role for the first time and Sheela is the other actress.  Vallabhaneni Vamsi is producing the movie. Music will be out at the end of this month and the movie is palnned for December 18th.

Star Night event, being held on the 7th of this month to collect funds for the flood affected people will be transmitted live on 70 theatres all over the state. Any one can buy the tickets to these theaters and the money collected through this will go to the fund account. The program will be digitally transmitted by satellites. A theme song was already released last week for this event. 

All popular Telugu stars will participate in the event. Nandamuri Balakrihsna, Dasari Narayanarao, Mohan Babu, Murali Mohan etc are main members of the organizing commitee. People are hoping that this event will be similar to to Vajrothsavan held a couple of years ago.

The record breaking movie Magadheera has added another feather to its list of records. It broke the Pokiri's record of 200 centers in 100 days by 23 theaters. Magadheera will complete 100 days on the 7th November and will complete 100 days in 223 centers. Though it collected a huge amount as compared to Pokiri, the numbers of theaters is only 23 more than what Pokiri had. Pokiri has collected more than 40 crores but the estimates for Magadheera is above 85 crores.

Earlier Magadheera has completed 50 days in 301 centers on September 20 2009. Ofcourse that was the maximum number of theaters for any Telugu cinema. Magadheera has collected 78 crores in 75 days. 

Jr NTR who is currently busy with wrapping up Adurs will start working on Dil Raju's Brindavanam right after. The movie was formally launched on August 15. Trisha for the first time is going to act with Jr NTR. Trisha is currently working on her Bollywood debut movie Katta Meeta with Akshay Kumar. She will be acting in Brindavanam in parallel to this. Vamsi Paidipalli who directed Munna is directing this movie. 

This is one of the three Jr NTR's movies. Adurs (with Nayanatara), Brindavanam (with Trisha) and Sakshi (with Ileana)

As we know that Devi Sri Prasad is going to make his debut as a hero in MS Raju's film which will be produced under Sumanth Arts. Tulasi Ram who directed Mantra is directing the movie. Charmi was considered as the heroine for this film but now it looks like Charmi is replaced by the teen beauty Hansika who just turned 18. DSP has been trying to make an entry as a hero for a while and there were several rumour quite a few times. Finally it is working out. We will have to wait and see if Devi will create the same sensation as a hero like his music.

Puri Jagannath says that he is very happy to be the writer of Ek Niranjan and it is a complete commercial package. He says that Prabhas has done a fantastic job in the movie. Prabhas character is a orphan (Anatha). He works for the policee. He works indirectly for the police by taking money from them. He hunts down the criminals by getting list of criminals who were missing or were out on bail and never came back.

About Kangana Puri says that he likes her and he knew her even before her entering into movies. He said that she was supposed to act in Pokiri but due to her Bollywood movie Ganster she could not make it.

Puri says that he is very confident about the commercial success of Ek Niranjan and is planning to make this movie in Hindi with Abhisheik Bacchan. Puri said that he wanted to make Pokiri with Abhisheik but he did not like it.

Ek Niranjan stars Prabhas, Kangana Ranauth, Sonu Sood and it is releasing on the 29th October. The music by Manisharma is already a big hit.
