The Mega Star could not do the same as NTR. But why did he fail? Even the Mega Star and the PRP top leaders might still be asking them this question and scratching their heads. In the first place that is what an election is. If the parties and leaders can predict peoples mind there is no need for an election. It is always tough to predict what the people (maximum number) think.

Like I stated in my previous comparison between NTR and Chiranjeevi , Chiranjeevi had less chances of winning the election when compared to NTR for a few basic reasons even before his entrance to politics,

• When NTR entered politics, people were fed up of one and only party Congress. Whereas Chiranjeevi has three Parties to compete with. (Including Lok Satta)
  
• Chiranjeevi does not have NTR's charishma or fan following. But he does have more than anyone in the present situation. These weaknesses could still have saved Chiranjeevi from losing this badly (Only 20 assembly seats and losing in Palakolu)

But Chiranjeevi's political entry has worsened his state. Some of the reasons could be,

• Talkative Power is not upto the mark. Lack of clarity in party policies.
  
• Lack of experienced advisers in the Party.
  
• Getting stamped as a family party and a Caste based party
  
• Allu Arvind with no political knowledge being the main driving force for the party.
  
• Lost credibility due to allegations on Allu Arvind that he sold party seats
  
• Too many stars in other parties added to the defeat.
  

Whatever the reasons are Chiranjeevi could not re-create the same magic as NTR. Failure is a part of life. It is not just Chirajeevi but the situations and people around him can lead to that failure. At least he tried. The future for Chiranjeevi is blurry right now. But he can always come back to what he is good at, The Telugu Cinema.
