This is Swetha Prasad's third movie after signing two movies one with Uday Kiran and the second one with Nikhil. In Speed Swetha is acting opposite director Kodanda Ramireddy’s son Vaibhav. G Nageshwara Reddy is directing this movie. With the success of Swetha's recent movie Ride the makers have decided to give a similar title to the movie.
