NTR and Ileana acted together in a Krishna Vamsi's Rakshi earlier. Now they are coming together again in recently announced Aswini Dutt's movie. Meher Ramesh who directed Kantri and Billa is going to direct this movie. Manisharma is composing the music. But the film will not start until October. So there is a great chance for things to change.
