February 14th 2009 valentines day is a special day for Charmi. She is receiving Nandi Award for the film 'Mantra'. Charmi has a big list of movies like 'Kavya's Dairy' , 'Mayagadu' ,'16 Days' , 'Manorama' which are going to release in 2009.

At present Charmi is acting in a film with producer Rajasekhar, director Pavan and Ajay in a leading role. This movie's name is decided as 'Sayyata'. This will be announced soon. Devisri Prasad is composing music for this film.
