Bhumika and her husband Bharat Takur have a started a option for new talent. According to Bharat people who are interested in acting or in any other field in movies can upload their photos, videos, music etc that can show their talent on to their website. Dasari Narayana Rao has attended the event and he said that the youth does not have to worry about not getting a chance to meet the producers or director for a chance in the movies. He said that this option will work out well for the new talent.

But it is still unclear about how they are going to select these people or if the producers and directors will search their website.
